*The compression fabric is made to stretch for an optimum fit. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size for optimum compression.
**Arm sleeve lengths vary. As the compression fabric is highly stretchable, the arm sleeve will stretch to fit most arm length.
Adult sizing is for both men and women.
How to Measure
Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. See the diagram below. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.
