Return Policy:
We accept returns within 7 days of you, the customer, receiving the order. We only accept returns if the product is damaged when receiving it by fault of our own. We do not accept returns on international orders. Under no circumstances do we accept returns on custom made orders, unless it is damaged by fault of our own. No shipping costs are refundable. Buyer pays for shipping back to our facility. We only accept returns under the circumstances listed above for exchanges or store credit. We do offer shipping insurance and are not responsible for orders lost in the mail or mailed to the wrong address.

Shipping Information:
Free Shipping: All orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Some orders may qualify for a tracking number. Delivery time is usually 3-10 business days.
USPS First-Class Mail: Package shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Some orders may qualify for a tracking number. Normal delivery time is usually 2-7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail: Package shipped via USPS Priority Mail. These orders will be made and processed first for the shortest delivery times. Normal delivery is 1-4 business days (usually within 3). All orders qualify for tracking numbers.
USPS Express (Overnight) Delivery: Package shipped via USPS Express Mail. All orders will qualify for tracking numbers and are insured for up to $100.00. These orders will be processed and shipped first. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days (usually next business day).
USPS First Class International Mail: Package shipped via USPS International Mail. All orders qualify for a custom's number. Standard delivery is between 5-20 business days (in some cases up to 30) due to your location.
During peak times orders may take more time to ship. We try our best to ship as soon as possible but standard processing time is 1-2 business days. Most orders ship out the next day. Please allow extra time for custom orders which may take up to 4 business days to ship (most go out within 48 hours). Thanks for shopping with us. Business days are Monday-Saturday (not including holidays). We are usually in the office on holidays and Sundays to process orders and answer questions.
