Return PolicyCustom Sports Sleeves stands behind every single product we manufacture and sell. If you must return a product for whatever reason, you may do so within 30 days of delivery. As you may expect, we cannot accept worn products. The customer is also responsible for shipping back to our facility. We can accept defective items for a full return or exchange. We can accept wrong sizes and other issues for store credit or exchanges minus any shipping costs. As you may expect, we CANNOT accept returns on any custom designed, custom printed, or custom sized product unless it has a manufacturing defect - we hope you understand this. By processing a return with CSS and signing the return form found above, you agree to these terms:
CSS will only accept unworn and unlaundered products. If we suspect a product has been worn or laundered, it will promptly be returned to the sender. If after you try on and wear the product, you believe it is defective, please contact us to see if you qualify for a return request. This MUST be done within 30 days of delivery.
CSS cannot accept customized or custom sized products unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
CSS is not responsible for incorrect fabric color due to differences in computer monitor resolution. The fabric color must actually by a wrong color by the CSS fabric color sheet, not a perceived difference. Please contact us if you are not sure whether you received an incorrect color.
CSS has full authority and discretion as to what qualifies for a return. CSS also holds the right to determine whether a return is accepted as an exchange, store credit, refund, or unqualified and returned to the sender.
Unless the product was damaged by our fault or incorrect by our fault, you are responsible for any and all shipping costs.
We may not accept returns on orders returned to us 30 days after delivery. It will be at the discretion of CSS. Please contact us before returning your product(s).
CSS may deny a return request if the return form found above is not included or fully filled out.
CSS will promptly resend the item(s) of an unqualified return request to the sender.
It is always strongly recommended that any returns are shipped back to our facility with a tracking number. CSS is not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Tracking numbers make lost packages findable in most cases.
